If you give us permission, Xpiva sends you text messages about your own laboratory care: appointment reminders, notice that your results are ready, and the one-time codes you use to sign in to the patient portal. You choose whether to receive them and you can stop them at any time.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent are used only to send you the messages described above. We never sell, rent or share mobile numbers, and we never send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving laboratory services. To stop messages, reply STOP to any message or turn them off in the patient portal. For help, reply HELP or call 951-465-3600.
